Change Docker directory

I hope you can help me on this.
I want to change the working dir of docker to the hard drive.
¿It’s possible? ¿How?
Docker works wery well on the default settings.
I already try to change
Docker recreates all the files in the new folder but when I try to install something, the following error shows:

See 'docker run --help'.

I can’t find info on google about the
docker: failed to register layer: symlink
error and now I don’t know what to do.

PS: English is not my native language, sorry for any errors

You have Docker running on Slice’s RaspPi?

Yes, it works fine, but in the internal storage

I have also docker running on slice [with cm3]. As configuration I set up

Slice:~/.kodi/userdata/addon_data/service.system.docker/config # cat docker.conf
DOCKER_STORAGE_OPTS=”–storage-driver=overlay2 --storage-opt overlay2.override_kernel_check=1"

and with docker info I have:
Server Version: 1.13.1
Docker Root Dir: /var/media/internal/other/slice/docker/_storage
[omitting the rest]
